基于fuzzy-PID的灰水处理控制系统
Ash-sluicing water treatment control system based on fuzzy-PID
【摘要】 根据现场情况推导出第二级蓄水池的近似数学模型.基于控制对象迟滞、非线性的特点,将模糊PID控制应用于水位控制系统中.阐述了模糊控制器的设计过程:模糊化、模糊控制规则的建立和反模糊化,并给出合适的隶属函数、量化因子取值及模糊控制规则等.同时从理论上推导出模糊PID控制器消除稳态误差的原理,并用MAT-LAB工具箱对系统进行仿真试验.通过对仿真结果的分析得出:模糊PID控制器既能消除稳态误差,又有很强的鲁棒性,对于此类非线性迟滞系统具有良好地控制性能.
【Abstract】 An approximate mathematical model for the secondary pool is deduced according to practical situation.considering that the control object is hysteretic and nonlinear,The fuzzy-PID controller is applied to liquid-level control system.The design of fuzzy-PID controller including fuzzification,creation of fuzzy rules and defuzzification is expounded.The membership function,fuzzification factor and fuzzy rules is designed.And the principle of how the fuzzy-PID controllers to eliminate the steady-state error is deduced which is simulated by the MATLAB Tool Box.It is concluded that the fuzzy-PID controller can eliminate the steady-state error and has good robustness.It has good performance in controlling nonlinear hysteresis systems.
