【摘要】 从城市污水处理厂污泥的组成及处理工艺方面,归纳了城市污水处理厂污泥量的计算方法,统一参数的取值,使污泥量的计算结果与实际更相符.将污泥分为初沉污泥和剩余污泥,根据初沉污泥的产泥原理,给出了两种初沉污泥计算方法;着重对剩余污泥量计算进行探讨,将剩余污泥分为生物污泥和非生物污泥,从生物污泥的产泥机理、Y和Kd的取值及影响条件、Se的取值等方面对生物污泥量的计算公式做出了分析,对于非生物污泥量的3种计算方法,根据公式的意义指出3种计算公式的适用条件,明确了污泥量计算的概念.最后总结了城市污水处理厂设初沉池与不设初沉池时污泥量的各种计算方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the composition and treatment process of sludge in municipal sewage treatment plant,this paper concludes calculation methods of sludge volume,unifies the value of parameters and makes the calculation results to fit well with the practice.The sludge is divided into primary sludge and surplus sludge.Two calculation methods about the primary sludge are presented based on the production principle.The article puts emphasis on discussion of surplus sludge volume;and the surplus sludge is divided into biological and non-biological.It analyzes calculation methods of biological sludge through production principle,the value and influence condition of Y and Kd and the value of Se.As for the three calculation methods of non-biological sludge,the paper points out the applicable condition based on the formula meaning and makes clear the concept of calculation of sludge volume.Finally,various calculation methods of sludge volume are summarized with or without the primary sedimentation tank in municipal sewage treatment plant.更多还原
