【摘要】 目的:解决传统液、气胸治疗方法带来的缺点和不足。方法:对15例气胸与23例胸腔积液采用中心静脉导管植入胸腔,进行液体引流及气体的抽吸或引流,同时可行灌洗及药物灌注治疗。结果:38例胸腔穿刺全部一次性成功,36例治愈,两例气胸者改手术治疗。结论:中心静脉导管植入胸腔行液体引流及气体抽吸或引流,具有安全、操作方便、患者易于接受、利于治疗、并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find the solution to the inefficiency treatment of pleural effusion and pneumothorax by conventional methods.Methods:Fifteen patients with pneumothorax and another 23 with pleural effusion underwent central venous catheter implantation for liquid drainage or gas pumping, with pleural lavage. Results: The total 38 cases achieved the implantation at one attempt and 36 were cured. Only 2 were referred to surgical treatment. Conclusion: Central venous catheter implantation can be used in management of pleural effusion and pneumothorax and the technique is safety in use with less complications.更多还原
