【摘要】 目的:探讨CT气-碘双对比造影在肩关节损伤法医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法:7例患者在CT介入引导下行肩关节囊穿刺,分别注入稀释的Omnipaque和过滤空气适量,在全身CT机上行肩关节连续扫描,所获数据行轴位和准冠状位重建。结果:患者均无明显不适,CT气-碘双对比造影示肩关节囊不同程度损伤。结论:CT气-碘双对比造影可以明确诊断肩关节损伤,并为肩关节损伤的法医学鉴定提供重要的影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To ascertain the value of gasdiodone contrasted computed tomography in medicolegal identification for shoulder joint injury.Methods:Under the guide of CT scan,7 patients underwent paracentesis in the shoulder joint capsule followed by injection of diluted contrast media omnipaque and appropriate amount of filtered gas.After the procedure,the injured shoulder joint underwent successive scanning under the whole-body CT system and the recorded tomography was reconstructed in the light of axial section plane and coronal view.Results:The patients had no complaint after the CT examination and the results of the double contrast CT revealed the injury in the joint capsule to a certain degree.Conclusion: Gas-diodone contrasted CT can identify the degree of shoulder joint injury,therefore,it can provide essential X-ray information for forensic testimony.更多还原
