【摘要】 普通高等学校创办独立学院起源于20世纪90年代末沿海江浙一带,其前身为"国有民办二级学院"。2003年国家教育部规范其为独立学院。目前,独立学院的运行已经比较成熟,但是,独立学院的学籍管理存在很多问题,如学籍管理制度问题、学籍管理人员配备及素质问题、系统管理问题等。如何从实际出发,着眼于独立学院的现在和未来发展,努力解决以上问题,正是本文要阐述的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the end of the 1990s, the independent schools, formerly called "the State-Owned Secondary Colleges", were initially established along the seacoast of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces by the regular institutions of higher learning. In 2003, the Ministry of Education regulated the independent schools, and they are now functioning more and more maturely. However, there are some problems in school management system, staffing and quality, system management, etc. in their school roll management.
