一维漂移空间内强流电子束的稳态传输特性
Steady transmission characteristics of intense electron beams in one-dimensional drift spaces
【摘要】 在计算了一维平板和同轴结构漂移空间的空间电荷限制流的基础上,对其中超过空间电荷限制流状态下强流电子束的稳态传输特性进行了理论分析.分析给出了确定束流稳定传输时形成虚阴极的位置和虚阴极处电子束透过率的表达式,求解了束流电子在漂移空间内的渡越时间,平板结构漂移空间内得到了通用的解析结果,同轴结构漂移空间内得到了适合一定结构参数条件下的近似结果.
【Abstract】 For one-dimensional drift spaces with parallel and cylindrical structures,space-charge-limited currents are calculated,and the steady transmission of intense electron beams exceeding the currents with virtual cathodes are studied theoretically.The transmission characteristics,such as the position of virtual cathode,the transmission rate of electrons at virtual cathode,and the transit-time of electrons in the spaces,are given analytically.
