电子碰撞Ga,As,Pt,W和Au原子Lα X射线产生截面的理论计算

【摘要】 利用修改后的MBELL模型,研究了L壳层的相对论效应和离子效应对快电子碰撞电离LαX射线产生截面的影响.通过在BELL模型中引入相对论效应和离子效应,基于相对论性的L壳层的电子碰撞电离截面的理论,计算了Ga,As,Pt,W和Au的L壳层电子碰撞电离截面,并将其转化成LαX射线产生截面,计算结果表明考虑到相对论效应和离子效应后,修改后的MBELL的LαX射线产生截面结果明显优于BELL的计算结果,并和最近的文献实验数值和其他理论数值符合得较好,其计算结果可用来模拟L壳层激光等离子体的超热电子能谱和产额,且可为一些电子仪器的制造提供十分精确的碰撞电离参数.

【Abstract】 The Lα x-ray production cross sections of Ga,As,Pt,W and Au by electron impact are calculated using a modified version of the BELL formula by incorporating both ionic and relativistic corrections in it.The proposed modified Bell model with a single set of parameters can provide an excellent data in the reduced energy range 1≤E/I_ nl≤10 6(E and I_ nl are,respectively,the incident energy and ionization energy)with performance level at least as good as any of the existing methods and models.Experimental data are compared with the present results in cases of with and without the relativistic correction factor G_ R and the ionic correction factor F_ ion,with calculated cross sections obtained from the distorted wave Born approximation and with other experimental data available in the literature.The calculated results can be used to simulate the hot-electron energy spectrum and laser plasma yields and accordingly can provide accurate parameters for electron devices.
