【摘要】 针对石油产业的运营特点,对其供应链结构进行设计,构建了石油供应链产品增值模型,提出单环节的石油供应链抽象模型,并在此基础上设计了三维石油供应链成本管理模型。模型设计过程中,打破了企业界限,将集团内的各生产部门视为供应链节点,考虑了政府和集团总部对供应链搭建和运营产生的影响。石油供应链成本管理模型从成本维度、生产维度、关系维度综合考虑各环节中的供应链成本和成本影响因素,对我国石油供应链的成本结构作出全方位的描绘。更多还原
