【摘要】 以业主方基于多项目的采购模式为切入点,通过业主方组织内外部环境变化分析、多项目业主采购和承包商采购的区别等相关问题的分析,得出现有条件下业主方的采购管理模式;并以此为基础,从业主方现行多项目组织外部供应链存在的若干问题上进行供应链分析和优化,并最终得出适合现阶段业主方基于多项目的外部供应链简图,为业主方多项目管理提供参考。更多还原
