我国物流地产的发展现状、问题与对策
The Status, problems and Countermeasures of Logistics Real Estate in China
【摘要】 高标准专业化物流设施的巨大市场需求,使得物流地产日益成为我国物流基础设施的投资热点。在论述物流地产的内涵与运营模式的基础上,分析了我国物流地产的发展现状和存在的若干问题,并提出了相关对策建议。
【Abstract】 The paper discusses the connotation and operation modes of logistics real estate,analyzes the current situation and problems of logistics real estate development and gives out the relevant countermeasures.
