【Abstract】 The properties of the quenched and high temperature tempered 45 steel axis were analyzed by means of chemical analysis,hardness testing,and metallographic examination.The results showed that the microstructure of the 45 steel axis was abnormal,because the forging temperature was relatively high and the normalizing treatment was not conducted.Therefore,the properties of the workpiece were worse and could not satisfy the operation requirement.更多还原
