【摘要】 目的探讨口腔科护士在使用机用镍钛旋转锉进行根管预备中的四手操作配合要点及优点。方法对313例需要进行根管治疗的患者随机分为两组,四手联合操作组159例,在根管预备过程中采用包括安排患者、准备治疗用品,以及术后医嘱和器械回收处理在内的四手操作护理配合。对照组154例,治疗过程中主要由医师单独操作。结果四手联合操作组中每位患者治疗时间缩短,无不良并发症,治疗过程中感觉舒适,医师操作顺畅,效率明显提高。结论在现代根管治疗中,护士应具备丰富的专业知识,熟悉操作程序,才能有效地配合医师完成治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the main points of four-handed dentistry nursing in the root canal preparation with rotary NiTi instruments.Methods 313 patients with acute pulpitis or chronic periapical periodontitis received root canal treatment.Four-handed dentistry nursing was performed in 159 patients.The main contents of nursing included patient arrangements,preparations for therapeutic articles and dental materials,delivery and collection of instruments.Results All the patients who received four-handed dentistry nursing felt much comfortable and had good results.Conclusions The nurses should be equipped with adequate professional knowledge and know operation procedure well in order to accurately and promptly cooperate with dentist to complete the root canal preparation更多还原
