钛硅复合气凝胶的制备工艺与光催化能力研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺,经乙醇为溶剂的超临界干燥路线制备二氧化钛-二氧化硅复合气凝胶。对不同组成、不同煅烧温度和时间制备的气凝胶的光催化能力进行比较后,得出最佳工艺条件:二氧化钛与二氧化硅物质的量比为1∶1,超临界干燥后600℃煅烧2 h。形成的复合气凝胶网络结构完善,有均匀的纳米多孔结构;比表面积达355.6 m2/g,孔容为0.32 mL/g,最可几孔半径为0.82 nm,平均孔半径为2.52 nm;其中二氧化钛为锐钛矿型,二氧化硅为无定形。

【Abstract】 Titania-silica(TiO2-SiO2) composite aerogel was prepared by sol-gel method and supercritical drying technique,taking ethanol as solvent.Through comparing the photocatalytic activity of aerogels prepared with different components,calcination temperatures,and calcination time,the optimum technological conditions were obtained,which were as follows: mass ratio of TiO2 to SiO2 was 1∶1,calcination for 2 h at 600 ℃ after supercritical drying.Final composite aerogel product has perfect network and uniform nano-mesoporous structure;its specific surface area reached 355.6 m2/g,pore volume was 0.32 mL/g,the most probable pore radius was 0.82 nm,and mean pore radius was 2.52 nm;TiO2 was anatase type structure and SiO2 was amorphous.
