【Abstract】 After analyzing the limitation of current CRM systems,this paper pointed out that the current CRM systems could not satisfy the needs of enterprises including the business process reorganization. Inspired by the property of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA),a new SOA,which was specialized for CRM system,was proposed in this paper. In the mean time,a J2EE-based implementation system was also illustrated in this paper.更多还原
