【Abstract】 For the present mixing equipment of the asphalt concrete, the finished load usually relys on observation of a person or in command of a special person, which not only affect the efficiency of production, but also do harm to safety and health. The successfully developed director in the load of the finished product adopts the latest embedded technology, comprising of ultrasonic height sensors, voice speaker, communication ports, power modules and embedded controllers, by automatic acquisition of the current loading height, it can command the loading of the transporter, the start and stop of movement, the open and close of discharge valve of the finished materials warehouse, and achieve intelligent control by voice broadcast.
