基于有限体积法的板坯连铸二冷动态模型

【摘要】 阐述了有限体积法的基本思想,在此基础上,从钢水的凝固过程为多元系相变出发,建立了连铸板坯凝固传热的二冷动态控制模型,以此求得铸坯表面的温度分布。本文分析了拉速和过热度等参数对铸坯生产过程的影响,在二冷水控制模型中引入中包温度与目标温度的偏差值作为流量修正的前馈控制,提高了二冷水流量对拉速变化的适应能力,有利于铸坯表面温度的均匀稳定,提高铸坯的质量并减少冷却水的消耗。模型模拟数据和现场的实测数据吻合良好。

【Abstract】 The basic principle of finite volume was given in the paper. The dynamic control model of continuous slabs casting solidification heat-transfer process in secondary cooling was established based on phase transforming with several elements of slabs solidification. Then the distributing of surface temperature was obtained. The influence of casting speed and superheat degree to slab producing process was analyzed. The feedback in secondary cooling model based on the departure between target temperature and tundish temperature can improve the capability to fit the varying of casting speed and quality of slabs. The feedback control can reduce the fluctuation of surface temperature and consuming of cooling water. The results of simulations are in a good agreement with measured values.
