链篦机篦床温度场模糊PID控制的研究与仿真
Research and Simulation of Fuzzy-PID Control for Chain-Grate Bed Temperature Field
【摘要】 链篦机篦床温度场是大惯量、非线性、纯滞后的系统,其数学模型具有较大的不确定性;为实现其精确控制,结合模糊控制和PID控制各自在动态响应和稳态精度上的优势,提出了三种模糊PID控制器;利用Matlab的模糊工具箱和Simulink对三种控制器和常规PID控制进行了仿真比较;仿真结果表明,三种模糊PID控制器与常规PID控制相比具有良好的控制品质和较好的适应性。
【Abstract】 Chain-grate bed temperature field is a large inertial, nonlinear and time delays controlled system.Its math model is not easy to figure out.Three Fuzzy-PID controllers are presented in this paper based on the dynamic character of fuzzy control and the static character of PID control.They are simulated via combining fuzzy logic toolbox with Simulink.The simulation result shows that they have better characters both in dynamic and static than general PID controller.At the same time, they have better robustness when controlled object changes.
