【摘要】 本文提出了一个基于PowerPC的高性能嵌入式SMP系统设计方案,该系统使用高性能的处理器MPC7448,具备优秀的计算性能。文章介绍了SMP系统的特点,对该系统各个功能模块进行了分析与设计,并详细介绍了系统启动程序和Linux系统的移植过程。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a high-performance embedded SMP system based on PowerPC, which uses high performance processor MPC7448, and has excellent computational performance. In the paper, characteristics of SMP system are described; each module in the system is analyzed and designed; porting process of both bootloader and Linux is also explained in detail.
