智能矿井风电管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文设计实现了一种基于电话交换平台的远程智能矿井风电管理系统,该系统实现了煤矿中矿井风电系统方面的就地,特别是异地的双重风电自动闭锁功能,同时能够实现风机其他故障信号的检测和就地、远程报警功能。实地运行表明该设备性能稳定,工作可靠,能够有效执行各项风电自动闭锁指标从而达到降低煤矿的瓦斯爆炸事故率的目的,具有较强的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Based on telephone network, a long-distance intelligent management system of wind electricity for mines is designed and implemented. For both on -spot control and long -distance control in coal mines, this system has double wind electricity automatic switch functions. It also can detect errors in blower and provide on-spot and long-distance alarms. The field running tests show that this system has stable performance and work reliably. It can effectively execute various orders of wind electricity automatic switch so as to reduce probability of gas explosion of coal mines and realize safe production. This system is valuable to popularize.
