多波形脉冲电镀电源控制器的研究
A Study on the Controller of Multi-waveform Pulse Power Supply for Electroplating Power
【摘要】 本文介绍一种采用Samsung S3C2410为控制核心的多波形脉冲电镀电源控制器,在保持平均脉冲电流不变情况下,通过改变其脉冲频率、占空比以及每组脉冲电流工作时间、方向和大小等参数,实现不同的脉冲组合波形。同时,实现远程通信和各参数的远程调节与显示。
【Abstract】 It gives a new type controller of multi-waveform pulse electroplating power equipped with Samsung S3C2410. When the average pulse current keeps unchanged, by changing the power pulse frequency, duty cycle and pulse current work each time, direction, and parameters such as size, it completes the different pulse waveform portfolio. Meanwhile, it also achieves the long-distance communications and remote adjustment and displayment of parameter.
