社区数字监护系统的设计
The Design of Digital Community Monitoring System
【摘要】 研究设计了一种基于穿戴式检测技术的社区数字监护系统,对该系统的结构和功能进行了分析、设计,详述了家庭电脑和社区监护中心站的主要功能模块,包括数据处理及波形显示、特征提取与分析、网络通讯、患者和社区医护人员信息管理、病历管理等,并总结了实现该系统的主要技术。该系统融合了数字家庭技术,合理利用数字资源,易于被用户接受和推广,为用户提供更多的医疗、卫生保健、医学教育等服务;结合了社区网络技术,实现了用户与社区医疗服务中心的实时通信,并接入医院信息系统,进一步完善国民健康体系。
【Abstract】 This paper studies and designs a digital community monitor system based on wearable physiological detecting technology. It analyses and designs the framework of this system,specifies the main function mode of home computer and community monitor center,including data processing,the display of wave,feature extraction and analysis,network communication between home computer and community monitor center,patients’ and community doctors’ or nurses’ information management,case history management,and analyses the main technology in realizing this system. The system has fused digital-home technology,and it can be accepted by users and popularized easily. The system can provide users with more medical treatment,hygiene,medical education service,and it has realized the real time communication of users and community center by using network technology. Besides,it connects with hospital information system,and perfects the country health system.
