电气装置中485电路及其可靠性设计

【摘要】 随着信息科技的飞速发展,现代化生产过程中需要采集、传输大量的数据信息,并为实时控制服务。目前,大多采用串行接口作为数据传输的主要方式。本文首先阐述了RS-485串行接口电路的产生背景及应用情况,再就该串行接口电路标准进行了简要说明,接着重点论述了应用于电气装置中的RS-485单片机接口电路设计过程,并给出了仿真调试波形。此接口电路经过多次运行调试,能够可靠的接收和发送数据。在PC机与MCU之间中长距离通信的诸多方案中,此RS-485电路具有设计简单、实际使用运行可靠、控制方便、成本低廉等优点。

【Abstract】 As the fast development of information technology, more and more data information transmission is needed in the production process of modernization. At present, most people use Serial Interface as the main form of data transmission. This paper first introduces the RS-485 Serial Interface circuit background and its instance of application. Then the standard of familiar serial communication interface are briefly described. The paper focus on the design of Serial Interface Electric Circuit for the microcomputer and Single Chip Microcomputer, which is used in the Electrical Installation, and also gives the simulation waveform debugging. Through debugging, the systematic operation result is good with this serial interface. Between the numerous technical schemes, this RS-485 circuit have many advantages. It can be designed simply, and is reliable, easy to control, and low-cost.
