一种高精度时间间隔测量模块设计
A module design on high precision time interval measurement
【摘要】 设计了一种高精度时间间隔测量模块,该模块由单片机控制,采用脉冲计数原理,通过测量时间间隔内高频参考时钟个数,得到被测时间间隔的精确值。该模块具有结构简单,易于实现,成本低,测时精度高等优点,可以被广泛的应用在时间测量领域。
【Abstract】 A module design on high precision time interval measurement is proposed in this paper. The system is controlled by single-chip microcomputer. Based on pulse counting principle, the high precision time interval can be obtained by measuring the number of the high-frequency reference clock through it. The module is simple in structure and easy to implement, and it has advantages of low cost and high accuracy. It can be widely used in the field of time measurement.
