配合物二乙基锡N-[(2-氧苯基)亚甲基]甘氨酸酯的合成、结构表征和生物活性(英文)
Synthesis,Structural Characterization and Biological Activity of the Complex Diethyltin N-[(2-oxyphenyl)methylene]glycinates
【摘要】 合成了5个新的二乙基锡N-[(2-氧苯基)亚甲基]甘氨酸酯(CH3CH2)2Sn(2-O-3-X-5-YC6H2CH=NCH2COO)(X,Y=H,H,1;H,Cl,2;H,Br,3;Cl,Cl,4;Br,Br,5),利用元素分析、IR、1H和119Sn NMR表征了其结构。通过X-射线单晶衍射测定了1和4的晶体结构。化合物1的晶体属单斜晶系,P21空间群;化合物4的晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群。2个化合物均为由羧基桥联形成的[Sn3O6C3]十二元大环三聚体结构,锡原子的配位构型为六配位[SnC2NO3]畸变八面体。生物活性测试结果表明,化合物5对3种人癌细胞HeLa、CoLo205和MCF-7及大肠杆菌均有抑制活性。
【Abstract】 Five new diethyltin N-[(2-oxyphenyl)methylene]glycinates,(CH3CH2)2Sn(2-O-3-X-5-YC6H2CH=NCH2 COO) (X,Y=H,H,1; H,Cl,2; H,Br,3; Cl,Cl,4; Br,Br,5),have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H and 119Sn NMR spectra. The crystal structures of 1 and 4 have been determined. The crystal for 1 belongs to monoclinic space group P21,and the crystal for 4 belongs to triclinic space group P1. The two compounds have a 12-membered macrocyclic structure with a trimeric [Sn3O6C3] core. Each tin atom is sixcoordinated in distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedron geometry. Bioassay results show that the compound 5 has in vitro anti-tumor activity against three human tumour cell lines,HeLa,CoLo205 and MCF-7 and anti-bacterial activity against E. coli.
