【摘要】 实现高速公路联网计重收费,需要解决的关键问题之一,就是通行费的计算和拆分要准确及时,从而保证各高速公路业主的利益。首先依据计重收费标准,设计了计重收费通行费计算公式模型。然后综合考虑客车和货车的通行费拆分方式,在现有联网收费拆帐系统的基础上,提出了计重收费通行费计算及拆分算法,详细分析了整个算法的设计与实现。最后将此算法应用于某省高速公路联网计重收费拆帐系统中,应用结果表明了该算法的有效性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Achieving freeway net toll-by-weight,need to resolve one of the key issues is that the calculation and allocation of tolls must be accurate and timely,so as to ensure the interests of freeway-owners.Firstly,according to the toll-by-weight standards,designed a model of calculation for toll-by-weight.Then,by comprehensively considering different allocation ways of the truck and passenger car toll,on the basis of the existing net toll collection and allocation system,proposed an algorithm of toll calculation and allocation for toll-by-weight,and detailedly analyzed the entire design and implementation of this algorithm.Finally,this algorithm was applied to the freeway net toll-by weight system,the result from the application showed the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed algorithm.更多还原
