【Abstract】 More and more detections of serum autoantibodies have been used in clinical practice, this may be helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of various liver diseases, particularly the autoimmune liver disease. However,the clinical significances of many of these autoantibodies remain to be further investigated. This article reviewed the advances in studies on the significances of various autoantibodies in the diagnosis, assessment of therapeutic effect and prognosis prediction of liver disease in recent years.更多还原
