基于模糊综合评价法的废弃桩基平台拆除安全性评价
Safety Assessment of Jacket Platform Removal for Decommissioning Based on the Fuzzy Integrative Evaluate Method
【摘要】 为了明确废弃桩基平台拆除过程中的风险因素,以废弃桩基平台拆除过程划分单元,归纳各个单元中存在的风险事故类型及隐患事故类型。并运用模糊综合评价法对废弃桩基平台拆除过程进行安全评价,得出其安全级数,为废弃桩基平台拆除作业过程中安全性防范提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 Safety assessment is a very effective means for decommissioning of the platforms.A fuzzy integrative evaluate method of risk analysis was pzesented for quantity assessment"on platform removal,which includes a comprehensive investigation on operation conditions,offshore environments,working procedures,cutting and lifting techniques/tools,ships and other equipments,etc.Such a method fulfills the safety assessment of the basic process of removing of jacket platform for decommissioning,defining the level of safety and providing a reference for safe removing of jacket platforms.
