【Abstract】 In this paper a water-jet quenching system was conceived of and designed to overcome deficiencies in mold steel slab quenching including curving deforming and crack while quenched by water or oil and lack of hardness while quenched by air.Then a servies test was carried out using mold steel 718 slab with thickness of 90mm,and slabs quenched by this system had a uniform hardness distribution and a little deformation,and crack was avoided completely.更多还原
