【Abstract】 The research progress was summarized in terms of definition of innovative work behavior,measurement tools,influencing factors and mechanism and etc.An integrated framework for research in this field was established.In particular,it pointed out that the influencing mechanisms on employees’ innovative work behaviors from the variables about psychological state,such as the affection in workplace and the role identity,would become an interesting area that needs in depth exploration in future.更多还原
