轮胎转鼓试验机转速自适应测量方法研究
Research on Adaptive Measuring Method of Rotational Speed for Tire Drum Tester
【摘要】 通过研究基于光电编码器输出脉冲信号的两种常用转速测量方法,在分析多倍周期法测量精度的基础上,提出了一种转速自适应测量方法,在整个速度范围内可以获得较高的测量精度。设计了基于MSP430F149单片机的转速自适应测试系统的总体结构,具体阐述了测试系统的硬件组成和自适应方法的软件实现。实现了轮胎转鼓试验机转速的自适应测量。
【Abstract】 Two speed measurement methods based on pulse signal of the photoelectric encoder were introduced and the precision of multi-period method was analyzed.On this basis,an adaptive method suitable for the whole speed range with higher precision was presented.The structure of rotational speed measuring system was designed based on MSP430F149 microprocessor.The hardware system and the software implementation of adaptive method were expounded.The adaptive measuring method of rotational speed for tire drum was implemented.
