基于概率统计的集装箱龙门起重机生产率研究
Productivity Research Based on Statistical Probability of Container Gantry Cranes
【摘要】 针对集装箱龙门起重机的实际装卸作业过程,在技术生产率的基础上,提出了拓展作业周期的概念,以及基于古典概型(某概率分布时)的集装箱龙门起重机在倒箱作业和大车移动作业时的生产率计算方法,为集装箱龙门起重机技术参数的确定或论证提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In view of the actual handling operation process of container gantry cranes,the concept to expand the operating cycle on the basis of the technical productivity was put forward,and the calculation of productivity based on the classical probability model(of a probability distribution) of container gantry cranes in the operation of the event of the turning-box and the whole crane moving were studied.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the decision or proof of the technical parameters for the container gantry cranes.
