【Abstract】 As a complicated economic system in the devolopment of the market economy,it’s impossible to maintain a healthy cycle with only one or two devices or measures of management.Therefore,this paper puts forward a government interference mode,which aims at minimizing the regional gaps via the macro economic controlling policies and devices of the central government.In addition to this,it involves some practical measures for the optimization of the balanced development of regional economies for the sake of the maximized social effects.更多还原
