粘接型钢形成的缺口梁抗剪粘钢加固方式试验
Experimental Research on Forms of Steel Bonded to Strengthen Shear Capacity of Notched Beams Formed by Adhering Section-steel
【摘要】 钢筋混凝土简支梁采用粘接型钢增高截面法进行抗弯加固时,梁底型钢梁只能伸至支座边缘,梁端部形成变截面缺口,称为缺口梁,缺口使梁端部的抗剪加固问题变得更加复杂。通过模型试验,研究了粘贴横向、竖向和45°斜向钢板等3种不同抗剪加固方式的加固效果和工作机理,结果表明粘贴横向和45°斜向钢板条效果较好,极限承载力分别提高了70%和88%,且具有良好的延性。运用桁架比拟理论对缺口梁端部的受力模型进行了分析,探索了不同方式加固效果存在差异的原理。提出了抗剪加固承载力的计算思路,为工程应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 When a simple-support RC beam is reinforced by bonded section-steel,a notch come into being at the end of beam because section-steel only can be extended to the edge of the support,it is called notched beam,and shear reinforcement become more complex.Three different steel bonded forms of shear reinforcement of notched beam are researched by model experiment,including vertical steel plate,horizontal steel plate and oblique steel plate with angle 45°.Finally,two correct reinforcement forms including horizontal and oblique steel plate with angle 45° are determined,which shows their capacity increased by 70% and 88%,and have good ductility.The stress principle of beam is analysed by the method of truss analogue,and different principle of different reinforcement forms has been explored.Calculation idea of bearing capacity of shear reinforcement is proposed,and provides a reference for engineering applications.
