纳米孔玻璃介质孔径大小的正交分析研究
Orthogonal Analysis on Pore Size of Nanometer Porous Glass
【摘要】 以Na2O.B2O3.SiO2为玻璃系统制备了孔径可控纳米多孔玻璃,采用DTA和SEM分析了热处理工艺制度对可控纳米多孔玻璃孔径分布和大小的影响,利用正交分析方法分析和优化了工艺参数,为获得孔径大小为70~100 nm的多孔玻璃介质,合适的热处理工艺为690℃/6 h,酸处理参数为2 M/L盐酸/24 h,研究结果为制备大孔径且相互连通结构的可控纳米多孔玻璃奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The controllable nanometer porous glasses based on sodium borosilicate glass are prepared.And the influence of heat-treatment on pore size distribution and pore size of controlled porosity glasses is analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) method and differential thermal analysis(DTA) method.Technical parameters are analyzed and optimized by the orthogonal analysis.In order to obtain porous glass medium whose aperture is 70~100 nm,the optimum system is heat-treated at 690 ℃ for 6 hour and acid leached in 2 M hydrochloric acid for 24 hours.The results establish the foundation to prepare nanometer porous glass whose aperture is large and structure is interconnected.
