RTM成型石英布增强聚酰亚胺复合材料研究

【摘要】 以PEPA封端的聚酰亚胺低聚体PI-1和PI-2为基体树脂,以平纹石英布为增强材料,通过树脂传递模塑成型工艺(RTM)成功制备了2种石英布增强聚酰亚胺复合材料C-1和C-2。C-1和C-2表现出突出的耐热稳定性、优异的高温力学性能、低的孔隙率(<1%)以及良好的介电性能。由于在分子结构中引入了低摩尔极化率的C-F键和非极性的含氟基团,C-2比C-1具有更低的介电常数和损耗因子。由于综合性能优异,上述2种石英布/聚酰亚胺复合材料C-1和C-2有望在航天航空领域中的耐高温结构部件和透波部件中得到应用。

【Abstract】 Using resin transfer molding technology,two kinds of quartz fabric reinforced polyimide composites,C-1 and C-2,were prepared successfully based on PI1 and PI-2.The two composites of C-1 and C-2 exhibited outstanding thermal stabilities,excellent high-temperature mechanical properties from room temperature to 300 ℃,low void(<1%).Moreover,C-1 and C-2 also showed excellent and stable dielectric properties with low dielectric constants(<3.6) and low dissipation factors(<0.01).Due to the small dipole and low polarizability of C-F bond as well as the non-polar character of the fluorocarbon groups,C-2 exhibited lower dielectric constant and dissipation factors than that of C-1.In conclusion,the excellent combined properties of C-1 and C-2 would make them potential candidates for high-temperature structural and microwave transparent materials in aerospace fields.
