综合辐照对环氧改性氰酸酯耐空间性能的影响

【摘要】 航天器服役期间受到各种空间环境因素的强烈作用,会导致聚合物材料性能下降,影响航天器可靠性和寿命。采用综合(电子/质子)辐照试验设备,在模拟空间辐射条件下,研究了环氧改性氰酸酯浇铸体的力学性能、表面形貌以及质量损失等性能的变化规律,对改性氰酸酯在电子/质子辐照条件下的失效机理进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加改性氰酸酯浇铸体的质量损失增大;拉伸强度、弯曲强度和压缩强度先增后降;通过红外光谱分析对辐照与力学性能间的关系进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Various space environments can strongly affect spacecrafts during their service time,most importantly the properties of polymer materials,which in turn may reduce the reliability and lifetime of the spacecrafts.In this paper,cumulative irradiation(proton/electron) apparatus is used,by simulating the typical space environments,to research the influence of electron/proton irradiation on the mechanical properties,surface configuration and mass loss of cyanate casts.The mechanism of this influence is discussed with the results of the FTIR spectrum and XPS C1s spectra.It is found that,as the irradiation dosage increases,the mass loss of the cast decreases accordingly.However,it is also noticed that the tensile,bending and compression strength all showed similar increase-then-decrease behavior.
