酚醛纤维/酚醛复合材料烧蚀防热性能研究

【摘要】 探索采用酚醛纤维代替传统的玻璃纤维、高硅氧纤维及碳纤维,用于防热材料增强体,并对复合材料的力学性能、热物理性能、燃气流动态烧蚀性能、石英灯静态隔热性能几方面进行了相应的测试。研究表明:该复合材料与传统烧蚀防热材料相比密度更低、隔热性能更好;燃气流烧蚀试验后的材料表面碳层较为致密且结构完整;在热流密度17.3 kW/m2,总加热时间300 s,以及热流密度150 kW/m2,总加热时间150 s 2个石英灯静态加热条件下,相比同样厚度的高硅氧/酚醛复合材料在减重、隔热方面具有一定的优势。

【Abstract】 This article explores the use of phenolic fibers instead of the conventional ones as glass fiber,high silica fibers and carbon fiber to prepare the theramal protection composites.We also carry out the corresponding tests on the composite material including the mechanical properties,thermal physical properties,dynamics ablation properties with gas flow and heat insulation properties with static quartz lamp.The result shows that the composite materials have lower density and better insulation properties compared with the traditional ones.In the ablation test with gas flow,the carbon layer on the surface of the material comes out integrity of the structure is more dense.After the sample treated with heating of two quartz lights,17.3 kW/m2 in the heat flux for 300 s and 150 kW/m2 in the heat flux for 150 s,the composite materials in weight,thermal insulation has certain advantages compared with the same thickness of the high silica/phenolic.
