FPGA的智能电动阀门定位系统的研究与设计
Design of Intelligentzed Electric Valve Positioning Based on FPGA
【摘要】 针对工业控制对过程控制仪表数字化、小型化、智能化、网络化的要求,给出基于FPGA为核心的智能阀门定位系统的设计方案,描述了系统总体结构、主要硬件实现和软件设计。系统能够完成现场实时数据的采集、计算和处理,通过CAN总线与上位机保持实时通迅,在FPGA上实现的滑模模糊控制算法保证了阀门定位具有良好的控制效果和更高的智能化。
【Abstract】 According to the trend of micromation,digitalization,intellectualization and network of control instrument in industrial control process,this paper gives an instance that the design of intelligent electric valve positioning based on FPGA.Here gives the block diagram,the hardware realization scheme and software flow of system.The positioning can not only satisfy the calculation and collection of real-time data,but also keep a real-time communication between valve and the host.The algorithm that the sliding mode fuzzy control is implemented on FPGA remains the favorable control performance and higher intelligent levels.
