碳化钨类铂催化剂的临氢异构化性能

【摘要】 制备了碳化钨与SAPO-11分子筛的混合催化剂和复合催化剂,并制备了Pt/SAPO-11参比催化剂,比较了它们对正十六烷的临氢异构化的催化性能。结果表明:WC(20%)/SAPO-11混合催化剂对正十六烷的转化率略高于Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11,而WC(10%)-SAPO-11和WC(20%)-SAPO-11复合催化剂的转化率都低于Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11;WC(10%)-SAPO-11和WC(20%)SAPO-11复合催化剂的异构烷烃产率和选择性都高于WC(20%)/SAPO-11混合催化剂,但仍然比Pt催化剂低很多。

【Abstract】 The platinum-like tungsten carbide mixture and composite catalysts,and platinum plus SAPO-11 molecular sieves catalyst were prepared.Their n-hexadecane hydroisomerization properties were studied.Results showed that the catalytic activity of WC(20%)/SAPO-11 mixture catalyst was slightly larger than that of Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11,but that of WC(10%)-SAPO-11 and WC(20%)-SAPO-11 composite catalysts were less than Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11.The production rate and selectivity of n-hexadecane hydroisomerization for WC(10%)-SAPO-11 and WC(20%)-SAPO-11 composite catalysts were both larger than that of WC(20%)/SAPO-11 mixture catalyst,but all of them were much less than that of Pt(0.5%)/SAPO-11.
