SiO2对卫燃带材料上煤灰结渣影响的实验研究

【摘要】 以低熔点云贵煤灰为基样,配制SiO2含量为50%、60%、70%、80%的灰试样,分别将其均匀疏松散布在SiC质、高铝质、低铝质3种耐火材料板上,然后依次将其置于马弗炉中经1250℃煅烧20 h,待试样自然冷却后取出试样观察并进行XRD分析,结果表明:同种耐火材料板上灰试样的结渣程度随SiO2含量的递增表现出先由轻变重,再由重变轻的特点;SiC质耐火材料对低SiO2灰的抗结渣能力较强,而铝质耐火材料对高SiO2灰的抗结渣能力较强。

【Abstract】 Based on Yungui coal ash with low fused temperature,sample ashes with SiO2 of 50%,60% and 70%,80% were prepared and then laid uniformly and loosely on SiC,corundum and highaluminum based refractory boards and then were sintered 20 hours respectively under 1 250 ℃ in a muffle.After being cooled down naturally,observations and XRD analyses were made and the results show that: slagging becomes heavier and then lighter with the increase of SiO2 in coal ash;SiCbased refractory board has a stronger slagging resistance to low SiO2 coal ash,but corundum and highaluminumbased one to high SiO2 coal ash.
