静电自组装聚乳酸/海藻酸钠/壳聚糖复合材料
Research on the PDLLA/Sodium Alginate/Chitosan Composite Material Prepared by Electrostatic-self-assembly
【摘要】 利用静电自组装技术,制备一种用于神经修复的聚乳酸/海藻酸钠/壳聚糖不对称结构的复合材料。通过紫外-可见光谱观测分析了自组装过程,利用全反射红外光谱对胺化前后的材料进行表征,扫描电镜观测组装后的材料微观形貌,接触角测试表征组装后的亲水性变化情况。紫外-可见光谱测试结果表明自组装层呈线性增长,红外光谱结果显示1,6-己二胺和聚乳酸发生一定程度的化学键合,接触角测试表明组装后材料的亲水性有了明显的改善。
【Abstract】 To prepare PDLLA/sodium alginate/chitosan asymmetric structural composite material used in peripheral nerve by electrostatic self-assembly technique. The deposition process is monitored by UV-Vis absorbance spectroscopy.Infrared spectroscopy has approved the amination effect.The scanning electron microscope(SEM) shows material’s microscopic morphological characteristics.Hydrophilic change test is characterized by water contact angle.The result of UV-Vis spectra shows that the absorbance of the assembly multilayer increases linely.The expected multilayer structural composite material is prepared that 1,6-diaminehexane and PDLLA had successfully formed amino complex covalence compound through the result of ATR-FT-IR.The hydrophilic ability of material obviously improves after self-assembly.
