城市垃圾焚烧飞灰配制水泥熟料的研究

【摘要】 在1 400℃下利用城市垃圾焚烧飞灰代替铝质原料煅烧水泥熟料,采用甘油-乙二醇法,XRD,SEM和水泥净浆强度分析了熟料的性能及其变化规律.研究表明:铝率较高时,烧成熟料中铝酸盐矿物含量大,制得的水泥水化时易发生速凝现象;采用三高率值配料烧成熟料中硅酸盐矿物含量高,其易烧性差,但在特定的率值下用其制得的水泥胶凝性能好,28 d净浆抗压强度可达65.4 MPa.

【Abstract】 The cement clinkers are sintered at 1 400 ℃,using the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash substituting for alumi-nous material.And the sintered clinkers are characterized by glycerol ethanol method,XRD,SEM and cement paste strength test.The results show that: The higher the alumina ratio is,the larger amounts of aluminate the sintered clinker contains,while it is easy to come into being a flash set phenomenon when the cements are hydrating;The content of silicate of the sintered clinker is large with three high moduli,but its burnability is bad.However,the cement clinker gelling property is very good at a certain design rate,and the 28 d paste compressive strength may reach 65.4 MPa.
