双质量飞轮弧形弹簧的设计与研究
Design and Research on Arc Spring in Dual Mass Flywheel
【摘要】 基于针对EQ6102DT发动机的要求设计开发的的双质量飞轮,给出了双质量飞轮中弧形弹簧的设计及计算方法,进行了弧形弹簧参数的选择及性能分析,并对使用该弧形弹簧的双质量飞轮的转速波动性能进行了仿真,对采用该弹簧的双质量飞轮总成进行了疲劳试验及整车短距离试车,表明文中所述弧形弹簧的设计与计算方法对于提高双质量飞轮的整体性能是可行和有效的。
【Abstract】 Based on dual mass flywheel designed for the requirement of engine EQ6102DT,design and calculation method for arc spring in dual mass flywheel are proposed.After parameters of arc spring are determined,performances of arc spring partial are analyzed and rotate speed waving performance of dual mass flywheel which using the arc spring is simulated.Fatigue experiment of dual mass flywheel and short-haul trial run with whole vehicle show that design and calculation methods mentioned are practicable and effective for improving whole performance of dual mass flywheel meshing.
