不同粉磨工艺的水泥颗粒体系分布特征

【摘要】 研究了生产过程中粉磨工艺对水泥颗粒特性的影响。重点分析了开路与闭路引起水泥颗粒特性的差异以及闭路系统中辊压机对颗粒特性影响的作用。通过对比分析,得出闭路系统水泥颗粒分布集中、颗粒粗糙度大,辊压机进一步增加了这一趋势。闭路系统水泥中熟料<30μm粒子比例大大增加,这是闭路系统水泥强度较高的主要原因之一。

【Abstract】 The effects of grinding technology on the characteristics of cement particles in cement production were investigated in this paper.The differences of cement particles characteristics owing to open and closed circuit as well as the effects of roller press in closed-circuit system were analyzed.By comparing analysis, the results show that the distribution of cement particle with high roughness of particle in closed circuit concentrate in a small range and roller press further increase this trend.At the meantime,cement clinker particles less than 30 μm in closed-circuit system increases substantially.This is one of reasons why the closed-circuit system enhances the strength of cement.
