沥青紫外线老化试验影响因素的探讨
Discussion on Factors Effecting Ultraviolet Aging Test of Asphalt
【摘要】 太阳光中的紫外线辐射是造成沥青在服务期间发生老化的主要原因,尤其在高紫外线辐射地区,但目前还没有相应的沥青紫外线老化评价方法。通过动态剪切流变试验和红外光谱试验分析了室内加速紫外线老化模拟试验中紫外线辐射强度、温度、沥青膜厚等因素对沥青老化性能的影响,尝试性地提出了室内加速紫外线老化的试验条件,以便为进一步研究沥青紫外线老化奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Ultraviolet(UV)radiation in sunlight is the main reason resulting in asphalt aging during services,especially in the intensive ultraviolet radiation region.However there is no corresponding specification to evaluate the effect of UV aging of asphalt.Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum(FTIR) were employed to analyze the dominant factors for asphalt aging,such as UV radiation intensity,temperature,thickness of asphalt film in laboratory UV speeding aging test.Related testing condition were proposed for the laboratory UV speeding aging test,which would be the base for further research on UV aging of asphalt.
