有机化蒙脱土改性沥青的抗老化性能评价

【摘要】 采用旋转薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)对基质沥青及有机化蒙脱土改性沥青分别进行了短期老化和长期老化实验;使用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)进行了频率扫描试验,以评价改性沥青老化前后的流变特性;并用S模型对复数模量主曲线进行了回归分析,得出了基于流变性能的沥青老化评价因子Ra。试验结果表明:有机化蒙脱土改性沥青表现出较好的抗老化性能,降低了温度敏感性,同时其高温性能也得到改善;回归分析结果表明Ra可以较好地评价沥青老化性能。

【Abstract】 Rotation thin film oven test(RTFOT) and pressure age vessel test(PAV) were conducted to simulate the short and long term aging of original asphalt and organic montmorillonite(OMMT) modified asphalt,respectively.The rheological properties of modified binder before and after aging were investigated by the Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) frequency sweep test.Regression analysis about master curve of complex modulus was carried using S-model,and elicited the aging factor Ra based on rheological properties.Research results indicated that the addition of OMMT decreased the temperature sensitivity to some extent,and showed excellent resistance of aging.Moreover,the performance of hight temperature was also improved.The results of regression analysis showed that the aging factor Ra can evaluate the resistance of aging very well.
