玻璃中定向银纳米棒的制备及偏光性能研究
Preparation and Polarizing Performance of the Orientation Arrangement of Ag Nanowire in Glass
【摘要】 以Na2O-B2O3-SiO2体系作为基础组分,通过掺加AgCl,采用拉伸还原技术制备出了具有定向银纳米棒排列的玻璃。研究表明:该玻璃的消光比大于40 dB,偏振波段带宽为600—900 nm;与单一长径比银纳米棒组成的玻璃相比,由多种长径比银纳米棒组成的玻璃具有较大的偏振波段带宽。
【Abstract】 Based on Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 system glass doped with AgCl,Glass containing silver nanowire was prepared with stretching and reduction process.The surface microstructure and polarizing performance of glass was studied.The results showed that the extinction ratio of glass was greater than 40 dB in the range of 600—900 nm.Compare with the glass that the silver nanowires have a certain aspect ratio in it,the polarizing wavelength range is longer for the glass that the silver nanowires have much more aspect ratio value in it.
