陶砂载Ag-TiO2材料的制备及光催化性能的研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了陶砂载Ag-TiO2改性催化材料,提高陶砂载TiO2降解有机物的催化活性,并解决粉体TiO2易产生二次污染的问题。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射研究了陶砂载Ag-TiO2催化材料的表面结构,用降解水中对苯二酚的效率评价了陶砂载Ag-TiO2催化材料降解有机物的效果。结果表明:Ag与TiO2的复合比例为0.04,热处理温度为400—450℃时,降解对苯二酚的效果最好。

【Abstract】 This paper made a research on the material of Ag-TiO2 on ceramic plate,which was prepared by a conventional sol-gel method.This material improves the efficiency of the photo catalyst and also resolves the re-pollution problem of the powder-state TiO2.The experiment utilized SEM and X-ray to analyze the surface structure of Ag-TiO2 on ceramic plate.The result was evaluated by the degradation rates of Rhodamine-B in the water.The experiment concluded that the degradation of Rhodamine-B is highest when the heat process temperature is at 400—450 ℃ and the ratio of Ag and TiO2 is 0.04.
