不同品种水泥混凝土的抗酸雨侵蚀性能
Acid Rain Attack on Different Variety of Cement Concretes
【摘要】 研究了普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥和抗硫酸盐水泥等水泥混凝土浸泡在pH值为2的模拟酸雨中的外观、相对表面弹性模量和相对动弹性模量变化。结果表明:采用抗硫酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥可改善水泥基材料抗酸雨侵蚀性能,但作用有限;几种水泥的抗酸侵蚀能力由高到低依次为:SRC>SPC>OPC。X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析表明:酸雨对水泥混凝土的侵蚀破坏主要是由酸雨中H+和SO42-共同侵蚀作用的结果。
【Abstract】 The visual appearance,relative surface module of elasticity and relative dynamic module of elasticity of various cement concretes subjected to simulated acid rain attack were researched.The pH value of simulated acid rain was 2.The cements used for concrete specimens were made of ordinary Portland cement(OPC),slag Portland cement(SPC) and sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRC),respectively.The results show that the resistance to acid rain attack on cement materials can be improved by the usage of SPC or SRC,but the effectiveness is finite.According to the resistance to acid rain attack,the order of different cements is as follows from best to worst: SRC,SPC and OPC.XRD patterns of the corrosion products show that the destruction is mainly due to the coordinate erosion of H+ and SO2-4 of the solution.
