新型全光纤型可调法-珀滤波器的制备与实验
Fabrication and Experimental Research on a New Kind of All-optical Tunable Fabry-perot Filter
【摘要】 法布里-珀罗滤波器是光纤传感与通信中的关键器件之一,全光纤可调法布里-珀罗腔的制作工艺难度大。通过在光纤端面镀膜并且采用V型槽对光,制备出新型全光型可调法布里-珀罗滤波器,解决了法布里-珀罗腔制作过程中所遇到的对光技术问题,制成的法布里-珀罗腔具有较好的性能。
【Abstract】 The Fabry-Perot tunable filter is very important for optic fiber grating demodulation.It is hard to fabricate a fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter.In this paper,a groove-shape has been used to calibrate the two end faces of fiber coated by high reflecting films.The result shows that a high quality cavity has been obtained which can be used in the optical fiber sensing system as a demodulator.
